General
✦ Unless provided with Appendix 1 (Commercial license), this piece may only be used for personal use, and may not be used for any purpose that turns a profit for the client.
✦ You may not sell or change the artwork in any way, including removing the watermark.
✦ You may not claim the artwork as your own.
✦ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or
minted as NFTs.
✦ Refusal of commission is at my discretion, regardless of reason.
Pricing
✦ Prices are subject to change if a design is especially complex. Price changes will get discussed in advance!
✦ Commissions under 600USD require full payment up front.
✦ Commissions over 600USD require a 50% deposit & full payment after color approval.
✦ No refunds, unless 6 months have passed and there was no progress made on order.
Process
✦ There are 4 stages to the process, that will be checked and approved by the client: preliminary sketches, composition sketch, color block, and polish.
✦ Per stage, 2 revisions are allowed that pertain to the stage. Once approved, no more revisions may be requested for a stage.
✦Please provide visual references! If it is only a written description, I will incur a designing fee (40% of the total cost)!
✦I focus on unique, grounded, and non-generic character designs. If you hand me a character, I might tweak it to fit that.
✦I am allowed to use the art in my portfolio and social media, unless otherwise requested.
